As an All Star cheer mom of 12 years, I have witnessed firsthand the immense financial commitment required to support our children in their cheerleading pursuits. Over those 12 years, I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars for my two daughters to chase their dreams in this sport. However, like many other families, I feel we were excluded from a critical opportunity to seek reimbursement due to the mishandling of information regarding the Varsity Cheer lawsuit.

Varsity Cheer, a predominant player in the cheerleading industry, faced a lawsuit that sought compensation for families who felt financially misled or burdened by excessive costs. Many families like mine, who poured their savings into supporting their child's passion, deserved the chance to be part of this class action suit. Unfortunately, due to inadequate dissemination of information, numerous families missed the deadline to join.
