Almost anyone you talked to has had a frustrating facebook experience where they got logged out. Discussion boards are filled with people who have accounts gone forever cause they can't get in and there is no support to help. All those memories and photos lost. I got logged out and spent numerous hours trying to get back into my own account. It's frustrating and disheartening to see that many others have the same issue.

Facebook is one of the largest social media platforms with over 2.8 billion monthly active users, yet it lacks adequate tech support for its users. This leaves countless people without access to their accounts, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

We need dedicated tech support to help resolve these issues efficiently. It shouldn't be that if you get logged out, that's it forever. Facebook glitches and is inconsistent. This is not user error and even if it were, it can't be that one mistake makes you off facebook forever. They don't care about the customers that aren't paying big bucks. At the very least, they should offer paid support. It's not right and has effected way too many people with no change. 

We don't need more articles, links, discussion boards, etc. We need actual help that can only be done by Facebook. In my case, there is nothing that can be done without actual Facebook intervention. I'm at a dead end.
