As of 1640 hours this evening after conducting examinations for my students I came to find an email informing me that  a refund has been made to my account on the heels of the complaint I had been making for close to 3 weeks about an unauthorized  debit from my account. 

The matter is settled. BUT, there still remains a host of other people who do not have this voice or initiative or have just been frustrated and have given up.

This PETITION NEEDS TO CONTINUE!
