Hi Normandie Pl Neighbor,

As I am sure you have noticed, one of our fellow neighbors owns multiple (10+) vehicles, with the majority being unused and parked on the street - sometimes with lawn trash and other debris in them for days on end. This not only creates inconvenience for parking, putting out trash cans, etc. but also detracts from the overall appearance of our community.

Even if these vehicles are not parked directly in front of your home, their presence creates an eyesore for anyone coming in or out of the neighborhood, including you and your guests. Most of the homes on our street are valued close to or above $1 MIL, but the presence of these vehicles does not reflect this value.  

Street parking should be equally available for all residents and their guests, not monopolized by a single household or landscaping business. By signing this petition urging this neighbor to move their excess vehicles, we can ensure fair access to parking and maintain the aesthetic appeal of our neighborhood.
