Our small community of Carol Drive, Gale Drive, Paxton Drive, and Linglestown Road consists mostly of single-family detached homes. According to LPT regulations, single-family detached dwellings are not permitted in Business Campus (BC) zones. This proposal change could give the township and developers more freedom to take advantage of our community. There has been little transparency about LPT’s plan and reason for this change besides "more business flexibility." We must maintain our current zoning as Office Neighborhood (ON) to protect our homes and neighborhood integrity. We would like to keep our community from being overdeveloped and our private property from being exploited. Please sign this petition to urge Lower Paxton Township to withdraw its zoning proposal.
