Thank you for signing the petition about the proposed development behind The Greystoke.

Today, the developer is holding a public exhibition to present their early proposals. This is before any formal planning application has been submitted.

At this stage, we are not opposing development.
We are scrutinising the proposals and asking for clear, evidence-based answers on issues that matter locally — including GP capacity, school places, traffic, access, and the scale of the building in relation to its surroundings.

If you are able to attend today, your help would be really valuable.

What you can do:

• Ask questions about GP, school and access impacts
• Ask how traffic and service access will work
• Ask whether independent impact studies will be published
• Take photos of display boards or site plans
• Note down any answers given by the developer team
• If you do attend, please email any photos, notes or impressions to me afterwards. Even short observations help ensure concerns are properly documented.
