Require All American Amusement Parks To Have Flexible Admission

Require All American Amusement Parks To Have Flexible Admission
The Issue
Most amusement parks in the United States require visitors to pay a one-price admission upon entering the park. Most theme parks with this practice cater primarily to teens and young adults. (There are some parks out there with a one price admission policy that cater primarily to young children, like Story Book Land in Egg Harbor, New Jersey, but that is beside the point.) However some amusement parks do not require a one-price admission upon entering, however, this practice is rare. One notable example is Knoebels Amusement Resort of Elysburg, Pennsylvania; this park offers free parking and free admission with the option of either purchasing individual ride tickets or buying an all-day wristband (usually on weekdays only); hence, it is truly a family park.
I should also point out that most amusement parks do not allow outside food or drink to be brought into the park and the food/beverages served in the park are atrociously overpriced. However, Knoebels Amusement Resort offers succulent food and beverages for affordable prices.
On my most recent visit to Hersheypark, the largest amusement park in Pennsylvania, I ended up dropping over $100 for admission and food. What a rip-off.
Hence, I believe Federal Law should require all amusement parks to implement flexible payment options similar to those offered by Knoebels Amusement Resort of Elysburg, Pennsylvania. There should be no charge for parking or entry at any American amusement park, and they should all allow outside food into the park. Also, any refreshments served in the park should be affordably priced.
