Activision, didn't acknowledge Tom Kane's unfortunate condition, until Black Ops 7's marketing in 2025, when Takeo came back into the story........for some reason. Although five years later, the tribute to Tom Kane from this new voice actor for Takeo, wasn't any less touching.
