PUBLIC HEARING REMINDER; September 21, 6pm at Fishkill Village Hall 1095 Main Street.

BEING CONSIDERED: a seven building, 56 unit apartment complex with 105 parking spots; this includes storage buildings and offices. The plan calls for buildings that are 38.5' high, with residential units on the ground floor facing main street - in spite of Dutchess County's caution that this type of design has a tendency to deaden business in the surrounding area.

The Planning Board has the authority and the responsibility to deny the current proposal.
