Parents of current PCSD students urge the Pittsford School District to hold a collaborative forum to learn more about, and have the opportunity to provide direct stakeholder feedback on, the current meals being offered to PCSD students. 

We request more information from the Pittsford School District on the lunch and breakfast options available to us, especially given the implementation of NYS's Universal School Meals Program (which ensures that all students in participating public, charter, and non-public schools in New York receive free breakfast and lunch, regardless of their family's income). We request the opportunity for open commenting during this forum in order to facilitate meaningful discussion and provide our feedback on current meal options, pricing, nutritional value, etc. 

We urge PCSD to hold this forum prior to any decisions being made related to Pittsford's participation in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
