Fellow Neighbors of The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake, Yesterday, Friday, March 6, 2026, you received notice via email that a special meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 in which the HOA Board WILL APPROVE a new total combined debt of $2,500,000 in which the Homeowners (YOU!) will be obligated to financially. Please sign this petition to show your Opposition to this special meeting and request that it be postponed at least 30 days and that Homeowners be allowed to VOTE whether or not they agree to taking on new debt. This new total combined debt is missing very important financial information that every homeowner needs to have. We cannot let this meeting and Board Approval pass. This is an urgent matter as the meeting is scheduled to occur in just a few days time.
