Subject: Representation to AICC and Rahul Gandhi Regarding the Appointment of Shri V.D. Satheesan as the Chief Minister of Kerala

Respected Leaders,
We, the undersigned citizens of Kerala, submit this formal representation at a historic turning point for our state. The 2026 Assembly Election results have delivered a resounding mandate, with the United Democratic Front (UDF) securing a commanding 102 seats. This landslide victory is a clear call from the people for visionary, ethical, and professional governance.

As the High Command deliberates on the leadership of the new government, we respectfully urge you to honor the aspirations of the common man and the dedicated grassroots workers by appointing Shri V.D. Satheesan as the Chief Minister of Kerala. Our recommendation is based on the following factual merits and the undeniable zest he has brought to the state’s political landscape:

1. The Architect of the 102-Seat Victory; The surge from 41 seats in 2021 to a historic 102 seats in 2026 is widely recognized as a result of the strategic leadership of Shri Satheesan. His “Mission 100” initiative revitalized the party, turning a challenging political climate into a triumphant people’s movement. His ability to lead from the front and present a unified, credible front was the primary driver of this victory.
2. A Quarter-Century of Proven Legislative Excellence; Shri V.D. Satheesan’s record is defined by unwavering consistency. A six-time MLA from Paravur, he has served his constituency for 25 consecutive years, demonstrating deep public trust. His academic credentials—including an LL.M. and MSW—provide him with the intellectual depth and legal acumen required to lead a sophisticated state like Kerala into a new era.
3. Dignified, Fact-Based Leadership; During his five years as the Leader of the Opposition, Shri Satheesan redefined political discourse. He earned the respect of the common man by replacing personal attacks with research-oriented, fact-based critiques of the administration. He has proven that he is a leader of substance who relies on truth and integrity rather than controversy.
4. A Visionary for a Modern Kerala;Beyond traditional politics, he has consistently championed the issues that matter to the future. 

      Economic Progress: Proposing concrete policies to address youth unemployment and the state’s “brain drain.
       Social Harmony: Serving as a steadfast guardian of Kerala’s pluralistic and secular fabric.
      Sustainable Growth: Advocating for modern infrastructure and environmental resilience.

The Pulse of the People: This representation comes from the “Common Man”—citizens who seek a leader with a clean image, professional integrity, and the administrative zest to deliver on the UDF’s promises. We believe that appointing the leader who captained this victory and who holds his own seat with a commanding majority is the most democratic way to honor the mandate of 2026.

Kerala is ready for a new chapter of progress. We trust that the High Command will recognize the pulse of the people and the exceptional eligibility of Shri V.D. Satheesan. His leadership will ensure that the mandate of 102 seats is translated into a government that serves all citizens with excellence and vision.

ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട നേതാക്കളെ,
കേരളത്തിന്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ചരിത്രത്തിലെ നിർണ്ണായകമായ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിൽ, ഈ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ സാധാരണക്കാരായ ജനങ്ങൾ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഔദ്യോഗികമായ ഈ നിവേദനം ഞങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നു. 2026-ലെ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ഫലം യുണൈറ്റഡ് ഡെമോക്രാറ്റിക് ഫ്രണ്ടിന് (UDF) 102 സീറ്റുകളുടെ തിളക്കമാർന്ന വിജയമാണ് നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ദീർഘവീക്ഷണമുള്ളതും ധാർമ്മികവും പ്രൊഫഷണലുമായ ഒരു ഭരണത്തിനായുള്ള ജനങ്ങളുടെ വ്യക്തമായ ആഹ്വാനമാണ് ഈ ചരിത്ര വിജയം.
പുതിയ സർക്കാരിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് ഹൈക്കമാൻഡ് ആലോചനകൾ നടത്തുന്ന ഈ വേളയിൽ, സാധാരണക്കാരായ ജനങ്ങളുടെയും കഠിനാധ്വാനികളായ പാർട്ടി പ്രവർത്തകരുടെയും ആഗ്രഹങ്ങൾ മാനിച്ച് ശ്രീ. വി.ഡി. സതീശനെ കേരള മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായി നിയമിക്കണമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ ആദരപൂർവ്വം അഭ്യർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.

102 സീറ്റുകളുടെ വിജയശില്പി:
2021-ലെ 41 സീറ്റുകളിൽ നിന്ന് 2026-ലെ 102 സീറ്റുകളിലേക്കുള്ള യു.ഡി.എഫിന്റെ കുതിച്ചുചാട്ടം ശ്രീ. സതീശന്റെ തന്ത്രപരമായ നേതൃത്വത്തിന്റെ ഫലമാണെന്ന് പരക്കെ അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ടതാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ “മിഷൻ 100” എന്ന പദ്ധതി പാർട്ടിയെ താഴെത്തട്ടിൽ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും പ്രതികൂല രാഷ്ട്രീയ സാഹചര്യത്തെ ജനകീയ മുന്നേറ്റമാക്കി മാറ്റുകയും ചെയ്തു. മുന്നണിയെ ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടായി നയിക്കാനും വിശ്വാസ്യതയുള്ള ഒരു നേതൃത്വം കാഴ്ചവെക്കാനുമുള്ള അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കഴിവാണ് ഈ വിജയത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ഘടകം.

ശ്രീ. വി.ഡി. സതീശന്റെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ ജീവിതം സ്ഥിരതയാർന്ന പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളാൽ സമ്പന്നമാണ്. പറവൂർ മണ്ഡലത്തിൽ നിന്നും തുടർച്ചയായി ആറ് തവണ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട അദ്ദേഹം, കഴിഞ്ഞ 25 വർഷമായി ജനവിശ്വാസം കാത്തുസൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതകളും (LL.M., MSW) നിയമപരിജ്ഞാനവും കേരളം പോലുള്ള ഒരു പ്രബുദ്ധ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ പുതിയ യുഗത്തിലേക്ക് നയിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യമായ ആഴത്തിലുള്ള അറിവും കഴിവും നൽകുന്നു.

കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ച് വർഷത്തെ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് എന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള പ്രവർത്തനത്തിലൂടെ രാഷ്ട്രീയ സംവാദങ്ങളുടെ ശൈലി തന്നെ അദ്ദേഹം മാറ്റിമറിച്ചു. വ്യക്തിപരമായ അധിക്ഷേപങ്ങൾക്ക് പകരം വസ്തുതകളും പഠനങ്ങളും അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കി ഭരണകൂടത്തെ വിമർശിക്കുന്ന രീതി അദ്ദേഹം നടപ്പിലാക്കി. ഇത് സാധാരണക്കാരായ ജനങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന് വലിയ ബഹുമാനം നേടിക്കൊടുത്തു. വിവാദങ്ങളിലല്ല, മറിച്ച് സത്യത്തിലും ധാർമ്മികതയിലും വിശ്വസിക്കുന്ന ഒരു നേതാവാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം തെളിയിച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
