Petition Requesting Special Permission to Conduct the Second Day of the College Arts Fest

 

To the District Collector of Kasaragod ,

 

We the undersigned students of lbs college of engineering , respectfully request the college administration to consider seeking special permission from the concerned authorities to conduct the second day of our College Arts Fest as originally scheduled.

 

We understand that the District Collector of Kasaragod has declared a holiday due to adverse weather conditions, and we fully respect that the decision was made with public safety in mind. The safety and well-being of everyone should always remain the top priority.

 

At the same time, many students have spent weeks preparing for competitions and performances scheduled for the second day of the Arts Fest. A great deal of effort, practice, and coordination has gone into organizing this event, and many participants were looking forward to showcasing their talents.

 

If the weather conditions and official guidelines permit, we kindly request the college administration to explore the possibility of obtaining any special permission or approval required from the appropriate authorities to conduct the remaining events tomorrow. We are willing to fully cooperate with any safety measures or conditions that may be required.

 

We submit this request with the utmost respect for the decisions of the authorities and trust the administration to act in the best interests of both student safety and the successful conduct of the Arts Fest.
