So thanks to the dedication and perseverance of the #VirginRebellion team we have an official announcement on the first music review.
Virgin Active will review the move from commercial music to Epidemic Sound (ES) in October. Although ES will not be replaced in October whatever the findings, this is the first official review point which will begin to inform the decision making process.
It is therefore essential that we keep feeding back how we feel about the change to the music, our gym experience and the devastating impact it has had on our classes. I heard recently from a club where 20 members had all left to follow their dance instructor elsewhere, spin classes seem to be disappearing as instructors leave and aqua is abandoned.
Class feedback, club feedback and external feedback (TrustPilot) are all important.
Virgin will be reviewing internal feedback but the industry will also be watching this process carefully, so external feedback is crucial since the wider visibility will hold VA accountable.
