Unfortunately, this is the frustrating reality for many residents, including myself, at Verando Residences in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Often, our current car entrance tagging system is so insensitive that it fails to detect our cards. This inconvenience is not only tiresome but also leads to unnecessary discomfort and even risks related to weather conditions.

The current card detection system is outdated and fails to meet the modern needs of an efficient residential environment. However, there is a practical and effective solution that can significantly improve our daily lives – the implementation of a Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) system. RFID technology is widely recognized for its effectiveness in various sectors, including transportation and security. It allows for quick and seamless access, eliminating the need to stop, roll down the window, and manually align a card with the detector.

Furthermore, implementing an RFID system would not only provide convenience but also enhance safety and security measures for residents. This kind of access control is much more sensitive and reliable, significantly reducing the occurrence of entry errors and ensuring a smoother traffic flow into the community.

We believe this change is essential for improving our quality of life at Verando Residences. As a community, we deserve a car entrance system that is efficient and aligns with modern standards. Let's urge the management to take immediate action to upgrade the system for the betterment of all residents.
