As a resident of Russell Ranch Community Association in Folsom, CA, I am deeply concerned about the current state of our Homeowners Association (HOA). Our community is suffering due to the lack of responsiveness and involvement from our HOA board members, Heather Fredericks and Rachel Corona, who are representatives from the builder Lennar. The approval process for HOA related business, resident requests for architectural modifications and landscape changes takes months at a stretch. This delay in approvals is stalling HOA business and homeowners getting delayed in finishing their home improvements. 

Lennar's representatives have been cancelling board meetings without addressing concerns raised by residents like myself. It's clear that they are least involved in the HOA business which has led to a non-performing HOA that does not respond to repeated concerns from its stakeholders - us homeowners.

We believe it would be more beneficial if these seats were occupied by actual stakeholders - homeowners who live in this community rather than employees of Lennar. We also request Lennar\HOA Board to appoint more volunteers for Architectural Committee and Landscape Committee, which will help expedite approval processes.

It's time for change. Let us bring back efficiency into our community’s operations by having those who truly care about it lead it. Please sign this petition urging Lennar to recall their existing representatives on the HOA board and replace them with residents of our community.
