It is truly alarming that those who once stood up bravely against racism are now shamelessly spewing hateful and racist remarks. The very people who claimed to champion equality are now the ones perpetuating the very prejudices they once condemned.

In particular, the actions of the individual (Wise) who is entrusted with the responsibility of protecting all children in our schools are particularly reprehensible. Instead of fulfilling his duty, he has become the ringleader of this shameful display of bigotry.

Their actions are a betrayal of trust and a disgrace to our community. The petition and newspaper article that I have been vocal about have shed light on these abhorrent practices, and it is evident that the backlash against those efforts is driven by nothing more than a desire to silence the truth. I won’t be silent. 

As a concerned citizen, I demand accountability for these individuals. They must be held to the same standards of conduct that they expect from others. Their hateful rhetoric and disregard for the well-being of our children should not be tolerated.

Shame on them for their hypocrisy, racism, and betrayal of our community. Their actions have damaged the fabric of our society and undermined the trust that we have in our institutions. We must not allow them to continue to spread hatred and division. Just think of those students and what this can do to them. On both sides of the spectrum even. A child learns from their parent. Even hate. It will be brought to their peers in school. Catching like wildfire. The fact this man is in charge of DEI in Carmel is terrifying.
