Request for Transparency on Volunteer Refunds – Lost In Between 2024/25

The Issue

We, a group of volunteers and festival supporters, would like to bring attention to an issue that requires greater transparency.

Many volunteers worked between 6 and 8 hours during Lost In Between 2024/25 under the agreement that they would receive a refund for their ticket. However, three months after the event, none of the volunteers have received the promised reimbursement. Despite multiple attempts to contact the organisers, we have not received clear responses or any official updates on the matter.

This situation has caused frustration among volunteers, many of whom took on these roles to make attending the festival more affordable. Additionally, we have heard reports that other people, including emerging artists, have also not yet been paid for their services.

The purpose of this petition is not to make accusations but to request clarity and an official update on when outstanding payments will be processed. We ask the organisers to provide transparent communication and honour the commitments made to those who contributed to the success of the festival.

We invite anyone who values fairness and accountability to sign and share this petition so that a fair resolution can be reached for all parties involved.

Transparency and respect for commitments are fundamental to the success of any event.

What you can do:
