We respectfully request that Local and federal law enforcement authorities take immediate action to subpoena Ramon Ontiveros' internet service provider (ISP) records connected to a potential online child sex abuse material (CSAM) exploitation activity framed as "vigilante" conduct on Grindr and Sniffies with the purpose to preserve and investigate concerns about online CSAM exploitation conduct involving impersonation of minors to lure sex offenders, unregulated “vigilante” activity to catch predatos, and the potential circulation of unlawful material that could be considered possession and distribution of CSAM.

Why this matters
Online platforms used for dating and fast hookups, particularly those that do not provide public URLs or user-visible identifiers, such as Grindr and Sniffies, make it impossible for victims, journalists, or the public to independently verify account ownership or activity.

Only law enforcement agencies have the authority to:

• Identify account holders through ISP and platform records
• Determine whether illegal material was created, transmitted, or stored
• Establish timelines, intent, and scope of online activity
• Prevent evidence from being lost through routine data deletion

Without timely subpoenas and preservation orders, critical digital evidence may be permanently destroyed, undermining any future investigation.

What we are asking for
We are not asking for conclusions or assumptions of guilt. We are asking for due process.
Specifically, we request that law enforcement:

• Issue preservation requests to relevant internet service providers and platforms associated with Ramon Ontiveros
• Subpoena Ramon Ontiveros' internet and account records where legally appropriate

• Conduct a formal review to determine whether any laws were violated in connection with impersonation of minors, misrepresentation, and the possible unlawful possession, transmission, or distribution of prohibited material, including CSAM, to establish whether Ramon Ontiveros is associated with the relevant online activity.
