I want to receive better education from a more qualified English teacher in the IB English class both HL and SL at Semiahmoo Secondary.

A strong opinion has been raised to my classmates and I that the qualifications of our current teacher is not up to standards with the expectations of the IB nor are we given proper lectures to improve our capacity to write and analyze text. Additionally, the current grades received are not substantiated by our teacher's explanations or teachings. With highly important marks, crucial for dream schools of many, we are given grades that are subpar without reason. There is no room to improve without proper critique.
