This petition seeks to demand that Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus and the Republican Party refuse to support Donald Trump and nominate an alternate candidate for the Republican Party for the Presidential election. Beyond the racist remarks, the divisive and discrimatory strategies, and the childish name-calling employed by Donald Trump, the best argument for refusing to support Trump's candidacy for the office of President involves his own children and their commitment to killing endangered species. While there are many good arguments to be made for not supporting Trump's campaign, his sons have been engaged in a campaign of terror against some of the most at-risk endangered animals on the planet.

Over 100,000 elephants have been killed since 2012, and more have been killed by poaching and hunting than those who survive. If the killing continues at the same rate, elephants will soon be extinct. In addition, over 80 percent of wild cat species are also critically endangered. Attached to this petition are photos of Trump's sons proudly displaying the trunk of a murdered elephant and holding the dead body of a leopard whom they proudly shot to death.

While this may seem like an issue unrelated to the Presidential campaign, Donald Trump's own children are responsible for contributing to the extinction of these species. They have proudly circulated photos of their hunting "trophies," demonstrating complete lack of awareness of the value of the lives they have taken.

There are many important issues to consider in a Presidential election, but once endangered species are gone they are gone forever. We cannot afford to support the spoiled, entitled demands of Trump's children at the expense of endangered wildlife and a fragile planet. We need more protection for vulnerable wildlife, not increased trophy hunting.
