Many of us who frequent or work in Miller Central have had horrific experiences with the current security guard, Mohammed Al-Karasheh. Not only has he shown dangerously reckless behavior by speeding into the parking lot, nearly hitting innocent children, but he also neglects his duties to maintain public safety. Instead of policing our community Miller Central, he spends his time on his phone, often ignoring potential trouble. 

We've known Mohammed to unfairly target individuals and families, unjustifiably accusing them of theft and irresponsibly stalking them home. His approach to security is biased and it lacks professionalism causing a sense of constant unease amongst the locals and store-owners. It is clear that his conduct violates the Principles of Professional Conduct for Security Officers, which underline the necessity of objectivity, integrity, and respect in their duties (ASIS International).

The local police advised us to launch this petition. It is clear that Mohammed's actions have left a negative impact on our vibrant community and it's time to demand a change. Let's bring in a security guard who understands their role and responsibilities, respects the community they serve, and is committed to maintaining a safer environment.
