Fortunately, after escalating the matter to BBB.org, AT&T took notice, and I finally received a call from them to address this ongoing problem. However, this isn't just about my story—it's a community-wide issue.
Many Derby residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the service quality and professionalism at this Franchise location. Currently, the lack of accountability and consistency in customer service profoundly impacts our community, resulting in numerous complaints. We believe that replacing the existing franchise with a Corporate AT&T store would ensure a higher standard of service, improved accountability, and a more satisfactory experience for all AT&T customers in Derby.
