Repeal Pottsville Ordinance 922

The Issue

The City of Pottsville should repeal recently passed ORDINANCE 922.

"Any persons in the City of Pottsville shall not feed, put out shelter, and/ or interact with any and all outdoor animals, wildlife, suspected strays, etc."

This ordinance was passed without any public comment or collaboration and without consulting with local organizations who actively work with stray animals and cats. Starving animals in our community is not the solution! Fining members of the community is not the solution!
