Whether you are a smoker or a non-smoker, in America FREEDOM should always come first. Debating the hazards of smoking and second hand smoke is pointless. Debating the rights of property owners is PARAMOUNT!

If you are offended by smoking or believe the health concerns of second hand smoke so great that you wish not to be exposed to it under any circumstance we applaud your right to choose. Therefore we suggest you EAT, DRINK or WORK in one of the overwhelming MAJORITY of establishments in Northern Kentucky who have choosen to be VOLUNTARILY smoke free.

 Please DO NOT advocate and ALLOW government, at any level, to usurp the rights of individuals. Restaurants and other like establishments ARE NOT PUBLIC PLACES! We receive none of your TAX DOLLARS to operate. We PAY taxes! We receive NO OUTSIDE CONTRIBUTIONS. We CONTRIBUTE to our COMMUNITIES! ALL our income is derived from providing goods and services to consumers and not DONATIONS!

 WE BELIEVE IN FREEDOM and DEMOCRACY and NOT SOCIALISM! Help us repeal this scarrilous attempt by Kenton County Commissioners Jon Draud and Kris Knochelmann to take away OUR freedom to run OUR businesses as we see best!
