RESIGN Roger Jonathon Reinert effective immediately and REPEAL [85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM and all tax-payer funded Dog Park programs nationwide. 

In 2009 Roger Jonathon Reinert introduced a one-page piece of legislation titled [85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM. With the Dog Park matching program grant Reinert was able to successfully orchestrate the largest non-human tax swindling scam the state of Minnesota has ever witnessed. 

Since 2009 Reinerts Dog Park scam has netted millions in tax payers dollars and 1000s of acres of environmental and natural resources all dedicated to a happiness and comfort of a non-human non-legal person an entity that is by law considered property and one that not every tax payer owns yet Reinerts bill has successfully drawn down millions of tax payer dollars to acquire land for specifically non-human non-legal persons to use yet every member of the tax paying community is paying for the land acquisition and maintenance of the dog park whether they own a dog or not. 

[85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM seeks to fraudulently acquire and misappropriate land, tax payer funds, and other human resources for the sole purpose of a non-tax paying, non-human, or non-legal entity to use and have exclusive access to while the humans in the same community are forced to suffer the indignity of living on the street due to lack of affordable housing and access to need based taxpayer funds that should never have been allocated away from a human being and used exclusively for a non-human non-legal person or entity in the first place. 

This is TAXATION without REPRESENTATION and it is an illegal use of taxpayer funds and a fraudulent use of human resources. The language in Reinert's bill is specifically written to coerce the tax-paying community to support financially with tax payer funds and other human resources a non-human non-legal person or entity and also to continue to acquire land without limits or reasonable regulations in respect to how it may directly or indirectly negatively impact the human population and as such Reinert's bill can be shown to have directly and negatively impacted the community of Duluth and St. Louis county and the entire state of Minnesota.

Roger Jonathon Reinert is hereby accused of the deliberate and egregious misappropriation of tax funds, theft by swindle, and fraud and he should be made to resign effective immediately and his dog shit policy [85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM repealed effective immediately.

Effective Immediately: All dog parks Are OUTLAWED in Minnesota state and those resources restored to use for the comfort and well being of the taxpaying public and not their pets or any non-human non-legal person or entity.

[85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM program charges the tax paying public a permit fee to use the dog park after the tax payers have already used their tax money to pay for the accusation of the land.

(b).....The commissioner must give priority to the establishment of 
new dog parks over the expansion or maintenance of existing dog parks.

This fraud scheme sees [85.0457] DOG PARK MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM charging the public for permits to use and then using that money to match tax payers funds to acquire more land dedicated to non-human non legal entities to use to shit and piss specifically on natural acres of fraudulently acquired resources that could and should be used for humans. It's estimated in Duluth that 1 in 4 people own a dog so only 1 person for every 4 can potentially benefit from the use of this non-human non legal person or entity resource. 

In Roger Jonathon Reinert 7th district, and specifically in St. Louis county homelessness is at an all time high. 

Over 6,000 people are experiencing homelessness within St. Louis County. This an estimate by the group Minnesota dash to end homelessness. The group says there's nearly 600 people in Duluth alone struggling to find a home. 

It can be shown that Roger Jonathon Reinert policies are responsible for the homeless problem in Duluth and respectively in Minnesota. 

Roger Jonathon Reinert hates people and especially the tax-payers of Minnesota and he resign effective immediately and charged to the fullest extent of the law for his crimes against humanity.

All tax payer funded dog park and dog park acquisitions are a fraudulent use of taxpayer funds and are therefore illegal and always have and always will be.

It should be noted that California has the most dog parks and also the highest and fastest growing population of homeless people in the United States if not the world. There is a connection between this corruption and the callous attitude towards human suffering.

Roger Jonathon Reinert  is no public servant he is dedicated to his dogs and he has forced and coerced his citizens in to the same worship of his beloved pet over the needs and well being of any one member of his community this is not public service this is fraud. Dog Parks are a fraud Roger Jonathon Reinert and those authors that write bills to misappropriate tax payer funds for non-human non legal use while your community is experiencing a human homeless crisis is the most egregious fraud ever perpetrated on the American people.
