TAKING A CHILD FROM A PARENT WITHOT DUE PROCESS IS A CRIME AND SHOULD BE UPHELD BY THE SUPREME LAW. THE SUPREME COURT NEEDS TO UPHOLD THESE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. LOWER COURTS, YOU ARE SUJECT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE SUPREME COURT WHICH GUARANTEES EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WHEN CHARGED WITH A CRIME. NO CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED, WHICH DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE STATE OF OREGON DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN PROTECTION SERVICES TO DETAIN OUR BABIES. 

Taking children from their parents on an anonymous report is hearsay and should be a crime against a person. Please help stop corruption in our government system. They have lied in court and twisted statements to their own fitting and have interrogated our children. Child Protection Services has acted in their own laws and manipulated the system to fit their standards. They have destroyed low income families and have targeted poverty. Not only do they invade homes ripping children from their homes without explanation or due process. Interrogating children without a parent or attorney present is unlawful and outrageous. Drilling children in their interrogation with an armed officer in the room. What child wouldn’t feel intimidated? Rather than putting the best interest of these children first and placing them with family first…they put them in homes of strangers, known as foster care. Studies have shown that there is a higher rate of abuse in foster care than homes that they have taken them from.
