We have been demonized by police for too long. A family friend was gunned down talking on the phone in front of forest ridge apartments supposedly because of the old tactic of “jump outs”. Some say He ran for the bus and also fearing for his life so they shot him in the back. The whole ordeal was caught on camera yet they were found not guilty. This is an outrage and if this is normalized in America i fear for all our our Childrens lives. They can’t even stand outside without being mistaken for being a criminal. 
i would like all who sign this petition to know that this is not just for Ralph, But for The safety of all our children and for the equality of the justice system. If someone is wrongfully killed, the killers must be prosecuted correctly regardless of their job, and regardless of a badge they just happen to hold. 

The News article Below says that the cops were out of uniform and in an unmarked car so there was no way of him knowing they were police. And they supposedly tossed a BB gun near his body to show probably cause..
