As the mother of this precious little boy, I do not believe that the Madison Police Department or CPS did a proper investigation on his death due to the circumstances that occurred before his death. Meriter Hospital was concerned on the matter in which he had died yet nothing was done from there. The judge wanted to remove my step daughter from the Aunt and her boyfriend now husband's care but CPS refused even after they took the life of an innocent baby. 

I have contacted them several times to ask them about the inconsistencies in the police report and I have been hung up on and told they had no need to further investigate into his death. I have received the pictures from the doll reenactment they did and i have had many people with several children reenact the circumstances on how they said my son died and we have ruled it impossible for my son to have died from asphyxiation By Overlay. They even charged me for Child Neglect PTC after the death of my son for my step daughter when I was a victim in the same case as her. My son, my step daughter and I were all victims of Domestic Abuse and NONE OF US HAS RECEIVED ANY JUSTICE FOR THE CRIMES OF OTHERS.

My son was my first born. He was my world, my life, my everything. The state took him out of my care after he was born prematurely and placed with his great aunt and her boyfriend who have no children or experience after they thought my step daughters accident was a result of child abuse. Which was ruled an accident. My step daughter is still in their care as they have adopted her and I worry about her safety every day. She has had several hospital visits, including broken bones, being walked over by a grown horse and several other issues.

My son's great aunt and her boyfriend now husband had went out on a date night early the night my son passed away. There was never a blood test or Breathalyzer done on the aunts boyfriend now husband when in the police report and autopsy report that he had been drinking so much he had her drive home. Where he then fell asleep with my son on his chest and somehow woke up both him and my son next to each other and both were laying on their stomachs with the boyfriend now husband's arm over my son's back. Resulting in his suffocating. They found blood on the bed where my son's mouth had been and also blood in his lungs when he died. Not to mention how the day before he died my son had a bruise under his eye where the Aunt's boyfriend now husband dropped a full bottle on my baby's face. He had a serve chuck where he was scratched on his head right near his soft spot. OR how he was so sick he could barely drink a bottle without grasping for air just before his precious little life was taken from me! 

I need closure in my sons death and until I get it I will not stop until I do. We were all just pawns in a sick twisted game between the kids father (my ex boyfriend/baby dad), his great aunt and her boyfriend now husband. They never wanted him. They only wanted his sister. He was just weeks away from going to live with my brother and sister in law until I was able to get him back into my custody. I never got to say goodbye or hold my baby one last time. HE DIDNT DESERVE TO DIE!
