It is a managerial failure that there is no consistent, stated date of opening for the pool. An inspection is a foreseeable yearly requirement, as are the seasons. The following are key issues the community requests be addressed:

Open the pool by April 1st. Residents expect timely access to this key amenity as temperatures are already reaching 80°F. 

Confirm inspection status immediately. If a required inspection has not yet been requested, it must be submitted and expedited without further delay. This is not an excuse as it was the delay in the year prior.

Commit to future transparency. Communicate and stick to expected pool opening timelines and take accountability for delays. 

Residents pay a premium for access to the pool, and timely availability is part of that value. Opening the pool promptly supports resident well-being and enhances shared community experience.
