Hello Lyoko Fans,

I have some important news: Negative Legends have uploaded a video of what happened to our show, and the description said "Ever heard about the live-action season of Code Lyoko? What about the book series?" Well, hold on for a minute, let's make it clear of how these projects are not a continuation of within the original series.

Remember how the now-defunct Moonscoop announced that Code Lyoko would get a fifth season through its Facebook page? Well, that somehow nixed into becoming Evolution, but first of all, how was that a fifth season? That's a rhetorical question because a live-action season is not a continuation of the original animated series, and it is instead much rather a "rebooted" sequel to the previous project.

As for the book series, which serves as an alternate continuity, none of these four novels released in English, which makes it hard to translate it by the fan efforts. There are plenty of continuity errors, including for the fact that the books acted like William (who has trust issues during the fourth season) doesn't exist.

Please keep the sharing the petition to tell them that we need the real fifth season as a proper continuation of the original Code Lyoko series. I'll keep you updated later this month.
