I would like to clear the record now that there might be questions on why now and what did Foust say.

Being a student in the 1960s was different especially for black students fun fact that I learned from Cecil: Only 38 black students were allowed at CMU for a long time.

 The administration blocked more from coming and the attrition rate was so high the university had to try to replace these students so they would not lose funding.

When they tried to organize a Divine Nine on CMU they were told no from administration. For years, imagine just trying to survive and it is telling that this all is coming out now for public knowledge.
