Yesssssssssss. Tuesday, February 21, 2023 Manhattan’s Community Board 10 “Education Youth & Libraries Committee has granted a support letter to Patricia Porter for a memorial plaque to be placed at PS 92 in Harlem, the school WILLIAM DONNELL PORTER attended.
The “William (Donnell) Porter Way” will be our next victory, in remembrance of the impact Donnell had in the Harlem community.
