In memory of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny, brutally murdered by the Russian State, and to reinforce the support of the British people for a free and democratic Russia, the UK Government should immediately rename the section of Kensington Palace Gardens outside the Russian Embassy as Navalny Place.
