It is not difficult to file an appeal to unlock the account, but the problem is that some bans are justified by the fact that the banned player carried out transactions with a hacker (which he could not even guess about) or gave something less valuable or a small amount of diamonds for an expensive thing. In my opinion, such a policy is completely illegal, since the players themselves set prices for their items. Moreover, there are those who just want to give each other gifts, and in this case they may lose the opportunity to exchange forever.

When logging into tradehub, we all accept the user agreement, which sets out the rules of the exchange. Therefore, the responsibility for the deals made lies with the players. Each person, agreeing to the exchange, makes a decision independently and consciously. This is really the responsibility of the players, and automatic blocking is the wrong decision. In case of fraud, you should provide contact details to file a complaint, and not block innocent users who are just enjoying the game.

Protecting the community is definitely a noble intention, but the developers clearly went overboard, which led to an increase in cases of false locks, which I mentioned earlier.
