Wormtown Trading treats their employees badly at festivals and are rude to customers and I believe behavior like this, especially from someone who helps run vendor coordination, should not be involved with Lost Lands as they have shown horrible character and bad business practices towards employees and customers who defended them.

I experienced something Sunday night at Lost Lands about 2:30 that really saddened me in the village marketplace that is leading me to take action against this vendor.

I was walking through doing some shopping before getting ready to be done for the night and was at wormtown trading (the crystal shop in the marketplace) and was absolutely appalled by the way the boss was treating his employees. He was obviously really intoxicated and kept yelling at the young man helping people out and was saying things like “look! It’s not hard! Keep your head on a f*****g swivel and stay out of the way.” He kept just degrading this guy while people were shopping and multiple people tried to tell him nicely he shouldn’t talk to his employees like that and should treat them with respect, to which he replied “I’m training him if you don’t like it get out of here” and multiple people who were trying to make purchases started yelling at this guy and left. He started yelling at everyone saying “if you don’t like it get out of here! And keep your money!” One guy actually left like 10 bucks as he was mid purchase and just walked out. The guy turned around and gave it to the young man he was berating and said “here, have a tip on that guy since everyone thinks I’m an a*****e.” And he just looked so obviously uncomfortable. I actually wanted to buy things but didn’t want to support him and so I looked at the young man and apologized he was being treated like this and he was doing a great job. The woman behind the counter just said “sorry, he’s drunk” and I said “well what a way to run a business.”

I am so appalled and it’s weighing on my mind heavy a vendor would treat people this way customers and employees alike. I have messaged a few people with the fest regarding this, and wanted to present a petition to show how this impacts people who go to the fest and want to see everyone respected. Please show your support and sign, I'd like to get at least 100 signatures to present this to the team at lost lands. Thank you!❤️

This individual will go on thinking they can run a business under the influence and use their alcoholism as an excuse to treat people poorly at events where respect should be held on a pedestal.

I want to be proactive as possible and present this as soon as I can so something can be done about this before any preporation is made for next year.
