I believe the state of West Virginia has been overlooked and ignored. This is surprising, considering it has committed a horrible, horrible crime, leaving the state of normal Virgina. Now, I understand why they did at the time. Virgina was not a fun place in the civil war and I don't like slaves either, but when all was said in done, it didn't come back to us. So, the solution, make me, a born and raised Virginian, own and control West Virginia. 

Before I get into the details about me, I have to mention some good things about our, not-so, friends in the northwest. They're one of the cheapest states to live in, fun! Their state food beats Virgina's, it's a shame but it's true. I'd rather eat pepperoni rolls over ham of all things. Lastly, their state motto is much kinder than ours. I'd rather live in a peaceful mountaineer state them someone telling me to kill all tyrants, both in Latin, of course.

You've read this far, I believe you'll sign this petition, but I'll give you a few reason to make me owner. First, I'm young, smart, and I am quite accepting! Next, I'll try my hardest to keep my state safe and as cheap as it is now. Lastly, I would let you all basically function the same, but I'll just get the title and most the power!
