This petition was created to bring awareness about a youtube channel that has been continuing to get away with illegal activities and antics for over a year. Antics that consist of scams, threats and bullying, the channel's name is Truth & Transparency on YT. The channel owner Lana Oriani is an egotistical, hypocritical woman who has revelled her fame based on lies, hypocrisy and narcissism. Her claims seem baseless, her non profit seems to be fraudulent and her strive for the truth can't be real when she supports the defendant before she even sees all the evidence against them.
She is a fraud and there are receipts all over the internet. She got her YT start posting horrific videos poses as Shannan Watts ghost with like a devil face filter on, calling her “Shazam” & saying the most disgusting things about Shannan. She’s never let opposing facts get in the way of her delivering her delusions, parading them out as theories. She lies with utter disregard for the victims and their families. She’s certifiable and shouldn’t be allowed to repeat her crazy, unhinged antisocial behaviour/hate campaigns.
Why does YouTube allow her channel since she has all this controversy going on? She's made countless videos and comments that are created to "trigger", intimidate and inflict emotional harm and distress to dozens of people. This includes inserting minor children in videos and community posts as weapons to harm people for what she believes are perceived or actual slights. At best, this is a significant injustice and must be brought to the attention of YouTube as soon as possible. Lana was trying to scrub her social media records, just in case some attorneys do an in depth inquiry on her. She has a criminal record (some fraud case) where she represented herself, knew she was not going to win, so just did not even bother to turn up at court.
I also hope YouTube is made aware of what happened, especially considering their platform was used by this individual who stalked Vanessa (Unmasked) to the point where a PPO was necessary. Lana has continued to stalk and harass people on her poxy little channel even after she has been awarded the magnificent title of lifetime stalker. I don't know why Lana is still allowed on YouTube considering she doesn't understand the first thing about evidence or legal proceedings, but understands everything about conning low intellihence people like the Watts and their fans. We are fighting to have this website www.fight4Afamily.com taken down as well. The platform should not be allowing this, this is how she makes a living and it simply shouldn't be the case. She refuses to get help or separate, which means that this is extremely unlikely to stop. Plus, many people watch and even enjoy her content, as people love drama and are drawn to negativity. I hope Google and YouTube can see how this is toxic for the viewer's, the community and put a stop to this woman before she influences more people to become screw ups like her.
Please sign this petition if you support YouTube’s decision to pull down this creator for her constant violations of their TOS. This has nothing to do with cancel culture, but protecting others from abusive lash outs, doxxing, bullying and a total disregard for following the rules. A single petition might no do much, but if we stand together, we can move mountains! Make people understand who we are and what we want!
