On or about July 7, 1991 Navy  Lt. Andrew J Chabrol  abducted, raped and murdered  Petty Officer 2nd Class Melissa Harrington, an enlisted sailor who’d reported him for stalking and harassment.  

For this crime, he was later executed by the Commonwealth of Virgina. 

Because of his service in the United States Navy, he was eligible for and has been interred in the Arlington National Cemetery.

This is an appalling affront to those who served with honor and their families.

We petition Joseph R. Biden, Commander-in-Chief of United States Armed Services to have these remains removed from hallowed ground and placed elsewhere more deserving.
