I believe that our children deserve the best: a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment where they can flourish and grow. At Parkside School, the current situation under the headteacher has become unbearable, and it's affecting the future of our children. The atmosphere, once filled with enthusiasm and positivity, has turned into one of distress and dismay.

The headteacher has been accused of stealing children's property, actions which have directly impacted our children and compromised their educational resources. This is unacceptable. We cannot stand by as the resources meant to enhance the development of our children go astray, leaving them deprived of essential educational materials and experiences.

Furthermore, her inability to retain excellent teachers is alarming. Parkside School has witnessed a wave of teacher resignations under her leadership, significantly affecting the quality of education and continuity for the students. Our dedicated educators deserve respect and support, not an environment that leads to their exit.

One of the most concerning issues is her apparent lack of knowledge and empathy in dealing with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). These children rely on understanding and knowledgeable staff to support their learning journey, yet the inadequate support provided threatens their educational success and emotional well-being.

Our children deserve headteachers who are competent, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their welfare. We need a headteacher who can restore Parkside School to its former glory and ensure it remains a place where children love to learn and grow.

For these reasons, we urge the relevant authorities to take immediate action and remove the current headteacher. Let's ensure Parkside School once again becomes a vibrant, supportive, and happy place for all its students.
