Keeping a cooldown in trading help and bot commands makes no sense as in trading help, you must be quick to help people as the chat can get very active at times and keeping this cooldown really affects performance there. Also, in bot commands you have to be quick when doing it as someone can easily rob you by the time the cooldown is over. Not to mention, jbtc has no cooldown in their bot commands and trading help, and theyre doing just fine over there.
