I would like to have the CEO of the Billings Food Bank be removed from her position and other employees that have been just as disrespectful as their leader. As the mission statement for the Food Bank is-At the Billings Food Bank, our mission is ‘to provide food for today and hope for tomorrow.’ We believe that every human deserves to have their basic needs met and feel equipped to thrive! In this spirit, we celebrate diversity in the communities we serve and foster an environment of inclusion with our employees, volunteers and community members. There has been numerous complaints, regarding the CEO Sheryle Shandy and how she talks and treats the families in the community in need. Complaints have gone to the board members many times. Please help me in making a positive change in the community by having Sheryle Shandy removed from CEO or future positions with the Billings Food Bank.
