I live in Baytown, TX, USA. There is an old, abandoned house on my property that is a source of concern for me. I want this house to be moved back so we can put up a fence and make our property safer and more aesthetically pleasing.

I believe that every homeowner should have the right to maintain their property in a way that ensures their comfort, safety, and peace of mind. In my case, this means removing the structure from our land.

I urge Harris County Courts to grant my request and house is moved off property which will allow me to improve our home environment by erecting a fence instead.
