The Issue
I am a concerned parent and victim of the user known as "Tharookhauler" on TikTok. This individual has threatened to sexually assault my underage daughter, promising to impregnate her in front of me during his live streams. He has also threatened to vandalize my property by breaking all our windows. His threats are not limited to us; he has shared personal information of his viewers on TikTok and Instagram, violating their privacy rights. He was recently "Permanently Banned" from TikTik, when his agency Talenture Agency assisted with TikTok USA in getting his ban lifted after 100's of confirmed violations unresolved and ignored during his live streams.
This man's actions are not only deeply disturbing but also illegal. He has attempted suicide like on an app called "Meet Me" and landed himself in a mental health institution for months, when the courts of Arizona eventually subpoenaed Meet Me for the video and the people that were watching it. His refusal to work due to his dislike for authority is concerning, as is his short-lived stint in the Air Force that ended due to mental health reasons.
His presence on social media platforms is a danger not just for me and my family but for all users who may become targets of his threats or privacy violations and financial loss by manipulation. We need immediate action from these platforms - they have a responsibility towards their users' safety.
We urge you to sign this petition demanding that "Tharookhauler" be removed from TikTok and all other social media platforms immediately, ensuring the safety of our children and preventing further harm caused by this individual's threatening behavior.
Additionally, myself and others that may be affected by his threats plan to, and will hold TikTok USA and Talenture liable since they’ve encouraged this behavior by removing bans. Since he not only does everything I've stated, but also drives as he’s on live swerving into lanes potentially killing families in a head on collision and injuring himself, texting and reading comments, eventually guaranteeing a collision.
His videos of his behavior's can be seen on the subreddit "TheCrookhauler", which now holds approx. 493 people. We demand change. Now.
