The Issue

No one voted for Stephen Miller.

He holds no elected office. He never faced a confirmation hearing. His name has never appeared on a ballot. And yet, as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Adviser to president †řump, he is one of the most powerful men in the United States government — shaping immigration enforcement, war posture, national security decisions, and the ideological direction of the entire executive branch.

That power is unaccountable. And it has caused real, documented harm.

Miller was the chief architect of the Muslim travel ban, struck down or narrowed repeatedly by federal courts. He designed the "zero tolerance" family separation policy that traumatized thousands of children, condemned by the American Academy of Pediatrics and human rights organizations worldwide. He drove refugee admissions to historic lows. He is currently directing an aggressive mass-deportation agenda that is tearing apart families and communities across the country.

He has celebrated what he calls "politically incorrect" warfare in Iran, praising the abandonment of legal constraints on the use of force even as international investigators have documented the deaths of more than 165 schoolgirls in a US strike on February 28, 2026.

He is a central architect of Prøjęç† 2025, the blueprint to reclassify tens of thousands of civil servants, purge those who resist ideological directives, and weaponize federal agencies against Americans.

His record spans thirty years. As a teenager, he attacked multicultural education. At Duke, he built a campus persona around opposing immigrant rights. In the Senate, he helped kill the last serious bipartisan immigration reform bill. In †®ump's first term, he turned grievance into federal policy. Now, in his second, his reach extends further than ever — into war, into emergency powers, into the structure of the civil service itself.

Courts have said repeatedly that his policies violate the law. Human rights organizations have documented the suffering they cause. Allies have expressed alarm at the worldview he champions. And still he remains — unelected, unconfirmed, and unanswered to the American people.

This must end.

WE DEMAND:
1. PRESIDENT †ŘUMP: Remove Stephen Miller from his roles as Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy and Homeland Security Adviser immediately. His record of sustained constitutional violations, his celebration of unconstrained warfare, and his decades-long project to narrow who counts as American disqualify him from any position of public trust.
2. THE UNITED STATES SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES: Convene immediate public hearings, with subpoenas and under oath, into Miller's role in shaping immigration enforcement, the use of emergency powers, and war-related decisions. The American people have a constitutional right to know what this unelected official has done with the power of the United States government.
3. ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS: Place yourselves on the record. Does your representative endorse a government in which one unelected ideologue shapes the lives of millions without democratic mandate? We demand a public answer. We will remember the silence of those who refuse to give one.

Stephen Miller has spent thirty years working to reshape America in his image. He has done it quietly, from the background, behind the headlines and the rallies. But his influence is not quiet. It is felt by every family separated at the border. By every refugee turned away. By every civil servant fired for refusing to abandon their oath. By every community living in fear of a knock on the door.

He is not a footnote. He is not a staffer. He is the architect of some of the most consequential and damaging policies of our time, and he answers to no one but the man who hired him.

That changes today. Sign this petition. Share it. Make his name impossible to ignore.

No one voted for Stephen Miller. It is time to make his presence in our White House politically untenable.  Sign now. Demand his removal.
