As of recent, most videos I watch or listen on that platform have been sounding rather static, when I first learned about the "Stable Volume" function found in the video settings, it's either always turned on, or completely inaccessible, leaving me to be forced to listen to very crappy audio quality.  Which applies for whether or not I have headphones connected to my mobile device, I am currently unclear of the possibility that it also applies with either television or computer devices, but it's currently been a struggle for me on mobile.
