Every single day, I find myself dreading to play Counter-Strike 2 on FACEIT, a platform I once enjoyed. Russian and Ukrainian players consistently ruin my matches with their high toxicity, lack of cooperation, and incessant trolling. This is not just my experience—many players voice similar frustrations. It's disheartening to see a game that fosters teamwork get derailed by a small group of Eastern European individuals.

The growing issue of toxic behavior from players within these regions is damaging to the FACEIT community. Toxicity leads to a significant decline in the quality of gameplay, where instead of strategizing and cooperating with teammates, players are bombarded with unsportsmanlike conduct. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, verbal abuse, intentional throwing of games, and refusal to communicate in any language other than Russian/Ukrainian.

To maintain the integrity and enjoyment of the platform, FACEIT needs to enact a policy that directly addresses this problem. By implementing stricter moderation against Russians and Ukrainians and their toxic behavior and setting language guidelines, FACEIT can start to solve these issues. Regional filters or matchmaking limitations could ensure a balanced gaming experience for everyone. This petition calls for immediate action to evaluate and restrict players from these regions, allowing a more enjoyable environment for all of FACEIT's user base.

There are solutions available—FACEIT needs to consider advanced algorithms to detect toxic behavior and trolling patterns. Additionally, encouraging players to report incidents and offering rewards for positive gameplay can help shift the incentive structure towards a healthier community.

Lastly, FACEIT can create a server where these players would be bound, so they would not disturb other European players and can be able to talk freely in their native language which they love dearly.
