The residents and patrons of Stags Leap deserve superior service and fair pricing from their management companies. Unfortunately, RSG and AMG have repeatedly failed to meet these expectations. These companies have become notorious for providing subpar service at inflated prices, causing frustration and dissatisfaction among community members.

RSG and AMG have been criticized for their lack of transparency, unresponsiveness to resident concerns, and poor maintenance standards.  

Moreover, the pricing structures imposed by RSG and AMG are not justified by the level of service provided.

We believe it is time to introduce more competent and reasonably priced management companies to oversee Stags Leap. By removing RSG and AMG, we can open the door to potential partnerships with companies that prioritize  efficiency, and community satisfaction.

We urge the decision-makers in our community to consider this change for the betterment of all residents. Our homes and communities are where we build our lives, and we deserve to feel proud and satisfied with the management representing us.
