We, past, present, and future Jugglers, are deeply concerned about the current leadership at Notre Dame Regional Secondary School under the tenure of Principal Roger DesLauriers. It is with a heavy heart that we bring to light ongoing issues that have profoundly affected the students, parents, and staff within our cherished institution.

Communication has been a long-standing issue during Roger DesLauriers' leadership. Crucial information is often delayed or inadequately addressed, leading to confusion and frustration among the school community. This lack of transparent communication fosters an environment of uncertainty and mistrust.

There is also a troubling resistance to change, which has stifled the potential growth and progress of our school. Modern educational environments require adaptability and innovation to succeed, yet opportunities to embrace new ideas have been consistently met with hesitation.

Moreover, we have noticed a misalignment with the core ethical standards that Notre Dame has upheld for decades. The values that once defined our school seem to be overshadowed by a leadership style that does not reflect our community's principles and expectations.

Athletics, clubs, and extracurricular programs essential for student development have suffered due to inadequate support. Many of these programs, which are vital for fostering student engagement and success, are not receiving the necessary resources and attention they deserve.

We believe that immediate action is required to address these pressing issues. It is imperative that Notre Dame retains its reputation as a supportive and thriving educational community. Removing Roger DesLauriers from his position as Principal will open the path to appointing a leader who aligns with our values, communicates effectively, and champions the change needed for our school to flourish.
