We, the residents of Chino Hills, are deeply concerned about the direction Ayala High School has taken under Principal Diana Yarboi and Athletic Director Warren Reed. Once a source of pride, Ayala has become a place of frustration for students, parents, and staff.

Under their leadership, school spirit has faded, talented coaches and athletes are leaving, and students feel unsupported and uninspired. What was once a thriving, ambitious environment now feels toxic and stagnant.

We live here. We care. And we’re heartbroken to watch this decline. Our children deserve a school that motivates them to succeed—academically, athletically, and personally.

We are asking the school board to remove Diana Yarboi and Warren Reed so Ayala can begin to heal, rebuild, and return to the excellence our community remembers and deserves.
